PET POLICY:
A pet may be allowed in certain properties.
The following requirements are necessary for approval:
1) Pet must have good references from current landlord,
2) Pet must be under weight restriction specific to property. Only small dogs and cats are allowed. Pet limits vary by property.
3) You will be charged a monthly pet rental rate based on breed and size of pet.
4) You will be charged a one time non-refundable pet fee of $100.

Osawatomie is located 30 miles south of Olathe on 169 Hwy and 5 miles South of Paola.
The community and schools enjoy a new activity center, "The Ozone", featuring multiple pools, gyms, and work out facilities. Historic sites include the Adair Cabin and The Old Depot Museum.
Ottawa is located 30 miles south of Olathe on I-35 and features a charming downtown shopping area. It has become a daytrip destination for history and antique buffs.
Ottawa has an excellent school system, and also offers college education options
including the Ottawa branch of Neosho County Community College as well as Ottawa University.
Garnett is located 30 miles south of Paola. It has over 1,000 acres of parks, a golf
course and three lakes. Garnett also offers a beautiful, traditional town square
and new High School.
